“A profound congratulations and thanks to Dr. Julie Arellano for reminding physicians not only about the gentle healing power of kindness to others but also to ourselves. The more we harness the light of kindness within us, the more we are able to radiate the healing energies of our souls to others. Soulful, loving kindness — an antidote to a world that is challenged with disconnection and division. Not only physicians need this — humanity needs this.” — Elizabeth A. Garcia-Janis, MD
